MY.GAMES Launches Castle Duels Globally: A Real-Time PvP Tower Defense Game

MY.GAMES, a leading European video game developer and publisher, announces that its new mobile title, Castle Duels, has surpassed 1 million installs worldwide since its beta release in July 2024. This dynamic tower defense game combines real-time PvP battles with strategic depth, offering players a fresh take on the classic tower defense genre. 

In Castle Duels, players must balance offensive and defensive tactics as they battle to destroy enemy castles while protecting their own. Using an innovative card-based system, players summon a variety of units — including mages, minotaurs, ghosts, and succubi — to engage in fast-paced, real-time combat. With 30 unique units to choose from, ranging from common to legendary, players can assemble personalized teams and develop strategies to outsmart their opponents.

On the release Castle Duels presents the following core features: 

• Combat Mechanics: Castle Duels introduces a system for merging units across four regular ranks and a powerful fifth “super-merge” rank, unlocking super abilities for devastating attacks. Additionally, players can choose from random Battle Boosts after each round, adding an unpredictable twist to combat. A faction modifier system also allows for more diverse strategic planning.

• PvP Challenges: Each battle against another player brings new tactical challenges. As players climb the rankings, they unlock greater rewards and glory. For those seeking variety, Castle Duels also offers quests and Co-Op battles for collaborative gameplay.

• Clans & Clan Tournaments: Social and competitive elements are central to Castle Duels. Players can join or create clans starting from Arena 2, unlocking access to clan-specific rewards, card sharing, and training battles. Clan tournaments offer a competitive multi-stage format where clans can earn valuable prizes by completing quests and accumulating points.
