MY.GAMES Completes Sale of DonationAlerts and Boosty Platforms

MY.GAMES, a leading European video game developer and publisher, announces the completion of the sale of CEBC B.V., including its major platforms DonationAlerts and Boosty, to entities associated with Cypriot businessman Pavel Kharaneka. The deal, originally announced in July 2024 and initiated as part of a restructuring process in 2023, allows MY.GAMES to fully divest its non-game development and publishing businesses, enabling the company to focus exclusively on its core priority: game development and publishing.
