WELCOME TO THE NEW VERSION 19.0!

— The Gloomy Fisherman is a new Defense type unit. He regenerates health every second during the battle, pulls enemies to himself, and becomes stronger with every round. The Gloomy Fisherman can be obtained in the Starseeking event.
— A new Blessing: the Lucky Merging.
— Displaying stats in the unit information window has become more convenient.

THE NEW UNIT: THE GLOOMY FISHERMAN

The Gloomy Fisherman is a stern and somber defender from the Twilight Lands. In combat, the Fisherman replenishes health every second. He becomes stronger with each round by gaining fish for every enemy unit that dies in battle. Fish increase the unit’s health regeneration and remain until the end of combat, from round to round.

When using his ability, the Fisherman deals damage to enemies and pulls them to himself.

Battle Boosts

— After pulling enemies in, he casts Provocation upon them
— After using the ability, he is gaining more health from regeneration for 5 seconds.

Glyphs

Glyphs will be available for the Gloomy Fisherman, with the legendary Glyph granting him the following bonuses:

— Health increased by 30%;
— Movement speed increased by 20%;
— The Fisherman has a 20% chance to receive extra Fish. Each Fish increases the maximum health of all Fishermen by 0.2%.

Where to get?

The unit will be available as part of the special Starseeking event that starts on February 24th. Complete the event quests, spin the roulette − and receive the new defender for your collection!

After appearing in the game, the Gloomy Fisherman will join the Multifaction for 60 days − which means he will be receiving faction blessings every week, and gaining an additional stat boost of 15%.

THE NEW BLESSING: LUCKY MERGING

Merging units from the faction of the week grants +1 Battle Bonus to all allies within the boost pattern.

UNIT STAT DISPLAY

We have reworked the way the unit stats are displayed in the corresponding section. Unit stats now take your Battle Power, as well as the merge rank selected in the information window and minimum amount of battle bonuses at each rank, into account. For instance, when viewing a Star ranked unit, the unit’s stats will be shown with 20 battle bonuses tallied. You no longer have to combine the base value and the bonuses from merge ranks − they’re all summed up now! Besides, large numbers are now abbreviated the same way as they are in battle.

VIDEO ABOUT THE NEW VERSION

The Daily Quests tab now contains a quest that requires watching a video that describes the new version. The reward for doing so is 500 gold.

AVAILABILITY OF BLESSINGS OF THE WEEK

We are always working to improve gameplay and the experience for players starting out. Of late, we have been noticing the fact that players in early arenas may find it difficult to assemble a deck meshing with the current blessing of the week, so we decided to unlock the blessings at arena 7 instead of arena 2.

Only those players who have not reached arena 7 at present will notice the change. Weekly blessings will neither affect the battles these players participate in, nor be displayed on the collection screen.
