International gaming brand MY.GAMES celebrates first anniversary

Gaming as a separate business unit was formed within Mail.ru Group more than 13 years ago, but all of the Group’s gaming assets were united under one single brand only in 2019. MY.GAMES comprises more than 1,800 employees from all over the world, making and operating more than 150 game titles.

In the brand’s first year, ten games were released: Conqueror’s Blade, American Dad! Apocalypse Soon, Lost Ark, Warface: Global Operations, Warface for the Nintendo Switch, World Above, Zero City, Dino Squad, World War 3, and Warface: Breakout. The total number of users registered within MY.GAMES titles currently tops 652 million, which is 112 million more than a year ago. The brand was also joined by studios SWAG MASHA, Panzerdog and BeInGame.

The brand’s metrics saw significant growth over the past year thanks to a rapid overseas expansion, notably in the US (+45% new registrations, +57% MAU), Germany (+22% new registrations, +20% MAU) and Japan (+99% new registrations, +44% MAU). International markets account for almost 70% of MY.GAMES’ revenues.
